Hi, I'm Saul Carter

In 2002, after being let go from a job in which I was the #1 salesperson, I decided I could no longer afford to rely on someone else for employment. Already taking real estate classes for my own educational development, I realized entering real estate would give me the independence I was seeking. I acquired my real estate license that same year and my broker’s license just nine months later.


I have primarily sold real estate in Modesto and the surrounding Central Valley area of California; however, for a time, I sold property all over the state. I entered the real estate profession because it provided me the flexibility to be involved in my children’s lives: taking them to school and practice and, most importantly, being the ‘team mom’ for several youth soccer teams.


The majority of my business has been in short sales and commercial property. Negotiating with banks is a unique skill that has helped me offer relief to over 100 families from millions of dollars in debt. I am most proud of being able to support families in desperate need. I’ve helped families get out from under debt, restart their lives, and even retire in financial happiness.


The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that every property, whether a personal residence, investment property, or commercial property, represents a family’s hard work and hopes. This means that every transaction needs to be treated with care on all levels. When the market crashed in 2008, many families found themselves trapped in homes with massive negative equity. I’m proud to say I have been privileged to help over 100 families recover from foreclosure. My goal is for every one of my clients to end their transactions in a better place than where they started.


Outside of real estate, I enjoy taking my dog for walks and reading books on history, self-development, and the human condition. When it’s time to relax, I like sipping a craft cocktail or something neat while enjoying a chat or a movie with my beloved wife.
