What Banks Do We Work With And How Long Will It Take?
Many potential clients ask if we have worked with a specific bank. There are hundreds of banks out there. I have worked with some banks more than others. However, this process is basically the same no matter which bank we are working with. They will assign a negotiator, get an appraisal done, and do a cost analysis to figure out what will make them the most money. We have worked with the smaller lenders and the biggest lenders.
My goal is to get your short sale closed within 120 days. That can differ with each bank and each specific set of circumstances. I average about 90 to 120 days, but we have closed short sales in as little as 8 days.
