If I could sum up Saul Carter in one word, it would be: efficient, compassionate, lifesaver, easy to talk to without feeling humiliation, understanding, stress reliever, friendly & just plain out awesome! Yes, I said one word, but realized that just wouldn’t suffice. I can’t even tell you how many banks I called & talked to agents whom were unsure about . . .well, almost everything. “Let me give you a call back.” was the most often response to my questions. Then I came across Saul (a Short Sale Specialist), I knew within 5 minutes of being on the phone with him, that he was the agent I had to use. He was very confident & knowledgeable throughout our conversation . . . so we started paperwork the following day. To sum it up, our house sold through the Short Sale process months before we expected it to. Everything went very smoothly & I was always up-to-date with the status of our sale. Saul, I know I haven’t sent you a thank you letter yet . . . so please take this as my “Thank You”. I couldn’t be more grateful to you!

Saul Carter and Barbara Fox of Others realty were an exceptional team that took care of our short sale like consummate professionals. When my wife and I began to consider the reality of a short sale, I began with a lot of research of my own. Sifting through an ocean of information on the internet and talking to friends and family. However, this left me a volume of dis-information as well as huge gaps in what I really needed to know to start this process. Upon my first formal meeting with Saul, he took the time to listen to my stories, and begin the process of educating me in the area of his field of expertize. He was patient, understanding, but above all else, well versed in not only real estate, but also the inner workings of the financial world. By the end of the meeting, I was still apprehensive of the short sale process. However, I did feel that if we were going to move forward, Others Realty was the best choice. I then subjected Saul to a second almost identical meeting, with both my wife and myself (Sorry about that … were an exceptional team that took care of our short sale like consummate professionals. It was not until this process was finished almost a week ago, that I could look back on everything and truly recognize the level of service that was provided throughout. From the password protected web-site providing constant updates, to the 1-day or less turnaround time on document exchanges and phone calls. The process went exceptionally smooth. Thank you! Year 2010 was full of many challenges for my soon to be husband & I. We were upside down in the house we were living in & beside ourselves in how much money we were losing each & everyday. Time & time we would call our morgtage company in hopes for help but we were always disappointed. I have been a friend of Saul’s for a while now & for what ever reason I didnt go to him sooner will forever remain a huge question mark! I am writing this review not only as a friend of Saul’s but most importantly as a very satisfied client! I explained to Saul our situation & he immediately got started on our path to freedom. Along with planning our wedding that was to take place on May 21, 2011, in the same month as mine & Saul’s conversation I lost my job & a month or so later our dog (our child) got struck & killed by a car…times were over the top stressful. Saul new how stessed I was but consistently eased my concerns with his confidence & compassion as a relator & great friend. Around a month or so later as well as working on our short sale Saul found Brian & I the house of our dreams! It was exactly what we dreamed of as a house to raise a family in, when the time may come! We closed a few days before Christmas & although tacked on one more of the huge life’s stressors were both estatic with how professional & on point Saul was to our needs. After a little house remodeling projects, taken on by ourselves, we moved in on Feb 4th, 2011. Throughout this whole process Saul has called me when he needed me, always, always answered my questions & brought ZERO extra worries or stress for us to take on. Between him & his wonderful mother Barbara they have definately gone to war for us with all guns blazing! Saul I will never be able to re pay you for your kindness, friendship & most importantly for helping Mac & I have the chance with starting our new life together heading in the right direction. We were married now & live happily ever after at our new house with our short sale about to close in two weeks…no extra cost to us! I give Other’s reality the highest rating there is and Saul’s friendship an equal rating. There are not many honest, respectful, good people left in this world of ours but Saul Carter & Other’s reality are 100% interested in the clients best intrest! Thanks Saul & Barbara

With a great deal of resentment, my wife and I decided we needed to sell the home we hoped to stay in until we retired. We were not in a any particular financial crisis, but it was clear that staying in our home would not be in our financial best interest. Not knowing anyone in the business, I searched the Internet and found Saul’s web site. After watching his video I came across a couple of positive customer reviews with names of people I suspected were past supervisors of mine. I contacted Saul and he confirmed my suspicions, which is all I needed to hear. Saul explained the process to us and he listed our home immediately. Within six months our home was sold. I had a lot of questions come up during this process, and Saul and Barbara did a wonderful job of answering those questions which put our minds at ease. I have to say Saul is very fortunate to have Barbara on his team; she was fantastic. I asked Saul why he named his business Others Reality. From Clients Israel & Jennifer Salazar: I never believed we’d be in a situation where we had to sell our house, but this was the only option that made sense for me and my family. Wow… what a relief! I can’t even begin to describe what a life saver Saul Carter of Others Realty is. He and his staff took what was the biggest regret of my life and gave me an opportunity to undo my mistake. Now, my situation is quite different than most stories you hear related to short sales. Unlike many, I have been blessed with a very positive financial situation and did not really have a hardship in terms of finances. The problem was that my family and I had come to a point where the house no longer met our needs and we had to move on. Unfortunately we were upside down by over 100k and virtually trapped in our home. That’s when I decided to take a risk and give Saul a call. I really expected him to laugh at me and explain that there was no way I would qualify for any relief. Instead, he listened to my situation, offered his support, and basically said “don’t worry, we can do this”. I was literally shocked and amazed at how easy the process was. In just a few short months we had a buyer, and the … I can’t even begin to describe what a life saver Saul Carter of Others Realty is. I no longer live with the regret of purchasing the wrong house, and Saul has even provided me with information to help get my credit repaired so that I can purchase the home my family really needs! As an escrow officer, I have worked with many different real estate agents – both good and not so good. Saul Carter is a dream to work with. He is knowledgable about the short sale process and fights for his client. Saul does his best to expedite the closing of his escrows all while keeping a positive attitude. I always look forward to Saul’s transactions. I wish more agents were like him.

DOING GOD’S WORK: That’ s what I found myself saying about Saul Carter, the owner of Others Realty, early in the process of working with him. It wasn’t just that he stopped all the phone calls from coming, or stopped the necessity of MY trying to call our two lenders (who NEVER called me back, and one of whom actually laughed at me when I asked for a relatively trivial loan modification). And it wasn’t that Others Realty ALWAYS got right back to my wife or I with a thorough and reassuring answer. It was because I wasn’t sure I wanted to do a short sale at all: On the one hand I wanted to meet all the contractual obligations I had signed for; and, on the other hand, I didn’t want to give those $#@#! at my lender a single penny. This was a personal decision for my wife and I, and Saul left it for my wife and I to make it without an ounce of pressure. But as I heard Saul talk about his own satisfaction in truly changing people’s lives, in removing the awful pressure they lived under (the payments we were … s what I found myself saying about Saul Carter, the owner of Others Realty, early in the process of working with him. My wife prayed for us to be out from under by Christmas. I didn’t think that was possible, but in four months it was done…without pain, just Joy. I, myself, am a recovering banker; and I can tell you that no one is better at this short sale stuff than Others Realty.

From beginning to end Saul knew what was going on with the bank and kept in communication with all parties. He closed our short sale in a timely manner and we didn’t have to pay anything to the bank or Others Realty. Amazing!
